Shipping policy

Shipping Policy-

Orders are shipped within one business day. (Monday through Friday). Orders purchased over the weekend will ship out on Monday. If you would like tracking on your package, then you must purchase the $4.00 shipping. If you select free shipping, then you will not receive a tracking code and your package will be sent out with a First-Class USPS stamp/packing label. WackPack is not responsible for any delays in shipping. Weekends, weather, holidays, customs, or incorrect shipping info can delay shipments. All times listed are estimates only!

ADDRESS DISCLAIMER-

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure they enter the shipping address correctly. If you made a shipping address error, please contact us immediately. If you order has already been shipped, then we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If you order gets returned back to us, the buyer is responsible for a $3.00 re-shipping fee, $4.00 for tracking. We can then forward it to the correct address. If the package does not get returned, we cannot be held financially responsible for customer errors.
