Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at wackpack.design@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damage cases are reviewed and responded to on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns for refunds. All sales are final. However, if you order hasn't shipped out yet then we can cancel and offer a refund.
Refunds
If you have a damaged item and we've reviewed it, we will notify and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
